Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any purchases made on our website. All sales are final.

 

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges in case you order the wrong size or the product has a manufacturing defect.

To request an exchange, please send us an email at medway.eg@gmail.com within 5 days of your purchase. In your email, please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for exchange
  • A picture of the defect (if applicable). If the reason is size change ignore this item.

We will review your request and reply to your email with more instructions.

If the reason for the exchange is a manufacturing defect there will be no extra shipping fees otherwise the customer pays for the shipping.
